Talk by Prof. Mohammad Mannan
We had an opportunity to invite Prof. Mohammad Mannan from Concordia University. He gave us a talk on his recent research topics on password analysis and systems.
Also, researchers from Concordia, AIST, YNU, and Waseda got together and had the mini security workshop.

Our paper submitted to the 13th ACM ASIA Conference on Information, Computer and Communications Security (ASIACCS 2018) is accepted for publication. This is a joint work with NTT Secure Platform Labs. Congrats, Elkana!
ASIACCS is considered as one of the top conferences in the security research community. As always, the selection process was highly competitive; the acceptance rate this year was 20.0% (=62/310).

サイバーセキュリティシンポジウム道後にて、学部４年生の飯島涼君が最優秀学生研究賞を受賞しました！
この仕事は今年1月に新潟で開催された SCIS 2018で発表したAIスピーカに対する攻撃に関する研究で、メディアでもとりあげていただきました。会場でも様々な反応や有用なフィードバックを頂けましたので、今後の研究に活かしていきたいと思います。
